Privacy Policy
Attritio is a free, non-commercial tool. We collect the minimum needed to run your account and never sell your data.
Last updated: July 26, 2026
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, a display name, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Discord profile (optional): only if you choose to connect Discord. We store your Discord ID, username, and avatar URL so we can show your name and picture in the app. You can disconnect Discord at any time from your profile.
- Your content: the army lists you build and save, and any roles you request (e.g. game-store access).
- Session cookie: a single cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use this information only to operate the service: to authenticate you, keep you signed in, save and load your army lists, personalize your profile (name and avatar), and manage role-based access such as game-store membership. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Services we rely on
To run Attritio we use a small number of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosts the application and processes normal web-server request logs.
- Neon — provides the PostgreSQL database where your account and saved lists are stored.
- Discord— only if you connect it, to verify your identity and provide your username and avatar. This is governed by Discord's own privacy policy.
Data retention & your choices
We keep your account data until you ask us to delete it. You can disconnect Discord at any time, which removes your stored Discord ID, username, and avatar. To delete your account and associated data entirely, contact us using the address below and we will remove it.
Children
Attritio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
